Vintage skirt from the 1980s. Navy blue with a white and green whales print. A-line shape, pull on, no zipper or buttons. Hand sewn hem. The waistband is, or was, elastic but at this point is not stretchy, otherwise in great condition. 

Made by Random Sportswear. Vintage tag size 16 but fits a smaller modern size. Possibly a size 10? No stretch. Refer to measurements and remember the waist has very minimal stretch, no more than 1 or 2 inches so it has to fit over hips and rear to your waist.
